An optical spectroscopy of FAPbI3 perovskite quantum dots has evidenced single photon emission in the near infrared range. The electron-phonon coupling processes in the quantum dots are dominated by the Fröhlich interaction with the polar optical phonons of the perovskite lattice. The Fröhlich interaction with the second optical phonon also shows some experimental signatures that might be associated to dynamical fluctuations of the formamidinium organic cations. Dynamical relaxations within the exciton fine structure have been fitted with the help of a two-optical phonon model.
