Vertical perovskite solar cells

The growth of perovskite multilayers is controlled to enhance the vertical transport of charge carriers. Design and optimisation rules are proposed.

 
a)Solar cell efficiency for BA n=4 reported as a function of the layer thickness, b) variation of the short-circuit current compared to the same variation for the 3D material MAPbI3 c) variation of the open circuit voltage
