Ida LUCCI, former doctoral student of our laboratory will receive the SFNano - C’Nano 2019 PhD Prize in the category "Basic research". The jury highlighted the quality, originality and excellence of his thesis work entitled "Surface and interface contributions to III-V/Si hetero-epitaxial growth : Theory and Experiments".
A prize-giving ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, from 5 pm at the Palais des Congrès in Dijon, on the occasion of the 1st edition of the "The SFNano - C’Nano Joint Meeting"
